In this week’s episode, Jill and Tony debated who the biggest dreamer is and how that affects their interactions.
Tony told listeners to be a bit of both. If you are a dreamer, be more analytical. If you are already analytical, dream a little more.
Jill said it doesn’t matter which one you are as long as you remember to communicate, listen, and compromise.
They have other suggestions if one of you is a dreamer, and the other is a realist.
- Don’t try to change someone’s personality
- Work together to make dreams a reality
- Don’t be a dream killer or a financial drain

Hi Jill and Tony—I didn’t get around to responding to last week’s post—how can a person in lockdown be so busy? Maybe a little lazy? Lol.
Anyway, for us, the last two podcasts tie together. To begin, Denis is the dreamer in our union, and I tend to be the practical one in most areas. However, I don’t believe I’m so practical that I hold him/us back. He says he’s learned to be more careful from me. From him I’ve learned that much is possible in life.
Jill, I’m so happy to hear that you are not physically going into KSU. It’s not safe out there yet, and sadly, Georgia is one of the most dangerous places.
Oh, you can definitely be busy during a lockdown. Lol! We keep finding things that need to be done as we look around us.
Yes, we believe that you and Denis complement each other well, and neither of you holds the other back.
Yes, I am soooo relieved that I do not have to physically go into a classroom. Teaching fully online has its challenges, but none is risky like teaching face-to-face.
