My favorite section, I think, is the discussion about people who don’t know they’re being flirted with. My husband claims to have this “block” too. But the opposite is also a thing: people who think EVERYBODY is flirting with them! And to me, these perceptions taken together mean that flirting will only “land” when the person being flirted with is looking for the connection. (By extension, assuming that Tony and my husband are being honest, their blindness to flirters means they are not looking–they are satisfied in their relationships. Which is extremely flattering.)
